Q: What is Baby Call Tree?
A: Baby Call Tree is a notification service for when the time comes to tell others the news about your newborn baby; you simply call the number, enter your code and then leave a personal message for all your loved ones to hear the great news. Everyone then gets notified at the same time. The stress and distraction of "Who do I call?" or "Who do I call first?" at this most precious moment is now a thing of the past. Baby Call Tree helps create peace of mind so you can focus more of your time and enjoy as much as possible the 1st day of your child's life.

Q: What do I do if I want to add more people to contact when our baby is born?
A: You can log into your account, and go to the Select Products, and then select Edit Products, then select the Upgrade package options and then add the people to be contacted.

Q: How do I edit my contact list?
A: You can log into your account, and go to the Select Products, then select the Edit Info option and then change the people to be contacted.

Q: What do I do if I loose/forget my PIN number and the toll-free number to call on my delivery date?
A: Log in and go to MyBabyCallTree. The toll free number and your pin is in the left column.

Q: What do I do if I lose/forget my password to MyBabyCallTree?
A: Go to our password retrieval page to have your password resent to you.

Q: Does my group qualify for a Discount?
A: There is a good chance your group does qualify for a discount. Just go to the Discounts link on the home page, then fill out the form for your group and you will get an instant notification for approval.

Q: If we are going to have another baby, do you keep our contact list on file so I do not have to enter the information again?
A: Yes, we keep your contact information on file by default for (1 year ), then if you like in your select product options you can elect we keep the data on file longer by selecting the save my contacts option.

Q: How much does the Baby Call Tree service cost?
A: Standard Package - Includes 10 phone numbers ($12.00)
Premium Package - Includes 30 phone numbers ($20.00).
Additional phone numbers can be purchased for $6.00 per 10 phone numbers. There is a maximum limit of 50 phone numbers.

Q: When will I get a response on my service request?
A: We will answer your service request within 1 business day.
